    Ever Outbound Refund Policy

    This Refund Policy applies to Ever Outbound Inc. enterprise services and should be read together with the governing Terms and Conditions. The policy below is restated from the governing contract language for convenience.

    Refund policy

    Ever Outbound Inc. subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once processed.

    Cancelling the service stops future billing, but cancellation does not create any retroactive right to a refund for charges that have already been processed.

    Billing and cancellation details

    • Monthly subscription fee: from $97 USD per month (Local) or $497 USD per month (Standard Growth), as selected at checkout, billed in advance.
    • Cancellation prevents future billing only.
    • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

    Plain-language statement

    In practical terms, once a monthly payment has been charged, that payment is not returned. If a client wants to stop service, they must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
